About Leslie Hollmann

Legal and Business Experience

Leslie Hollmann has over 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate law, business transactions, sales, acquisitions, general real estate law, leasing and finance. Prior to establishing her own practice, Leslie was a senior associate for Rice Silbey Reuther & Sullivan in Las Vegas. Additionally, she was a real estate attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, associate general counsel for PR Newswire in New York, and a Certified Public Accountant for Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co. in St. Louis. Leslie is a member of the board of directors of the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc.

Education and Licenses

Leslie is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of New York, and a member of the Nevada State Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Missouri State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class as a member of the Order of the Bench and Robe.
